FIFO Perth - 2:1 Roster, Position is for our current projects throughout WA, Permanent Full-time position.
NRW is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer Assessor for a site based role over several of our Mining and Civil projects in Western Australia. This position will be working on a 2/1 roster.
To be considered for this position you must possess the following as a minimum:
Experience in a similar role within the Civil and Mining industries
Hold a current Training & Assessment Qualification (TAE40116) with Learning Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)
Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence
Significant experience in all Surface mobile equipment types and hold a current competency or Statement of Attainment for the equipment type being assessed with a minimum of 5 years industry operational experience
As a Trainer Assessor reporting to the Training Manager you will be responsible for:
Conduct Theory / Practical / VOC Assessments (this may include ongoing training along with upskilling personnel to meet operational requirements)
Daily interaction with crew members to assist with site safety requirements
Ensure compliance with the NRW Training Procedure
Training mobile equipment operators
Ensuring personnel are fully competent on the equipment they are operating
