We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager or Program Manager. The service will be responsible for providing ongoing planning and program managing of Special Interest Packs, Accessories for Global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Vehicle Personalisation programs
  • Lead advance product planning including products to be installed in the production line, modification centre and dealerships
  • Align with marketing base on markets interest to develop accessories in order to grow profitability
  • Involvement in driving cost saving localisation and design projects from idea creation to implementation via sourcing supplier quotes, developing business cases, developing/sourcing required engineering documentation and prototype trials
  • Engage program stakeholder and track program status through weekly Program Steering Team (PST) meetings
  • Develop program and work level plans, recovery plans, track program progress and critical paths
  • Report on program status and escalate help requests for assistance to higher management team
  • Proactive improvement for process efficiency and teamwork
  • Work across multiple time zones to facilitate communication across the globe

Required Skills:

  • Master or bachelors degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or equivalent Engineering degree
  • Min 3+ years of extensive working experience, automotive industry preferred.
  • MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) proficient and excellent project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Particularly, communicate deliverables effectively to Senior Management
  • Supplier Management and Cost optimization
  • Experience with multiple cultures, automotive markets, consulting and delivering change
  • Able to manage large cross market programs
  • Strong communication skills suited to interactions with cross functional teams such as marketing, legal, engineering and management
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large volume of documentation submissions received by the markets
