We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator. The service will be responsible for providing ongoing engineering services and will require working with various functional teams to deliver on the undertaking aligned with accessory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and map the sales data ready for summary report generation on a monthly basis
  • Prepare the monthly sales report monthly
  • Prepare the sales report summary for management monthly
  • Prepare the Accessary sales report summary for management monthly
  • Generate unique and specific reports for Vehicle Personalization upon request
  • Liaise with the Finance team to collect the sales report data monthly
  • Liaise with the Parts Control team to review outstanding parts releasing actions weekly
  • Update the Service Parts releasing list on SharePoint twice-weekly
  • Facilitate freight quotes through the contracted carrier as required

Key Requirements:

  • Have relevant industry experience (minimum 2 years), (relevant degree qualification preferred, Arts, Business)
  • Working with multiple stakeholders, senior leaders & team members. Coordinate and liaise with cross functional teams
  • Be able to interpret and analyse data and trends
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially excel
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and great diligence; and the ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
