Policy and Documents Officer
At Murray City Country Coast (MCCC) GP Training we are passionate about our mission of enhancing community health and wellbeing through leadership in general practice education, training, research and development. As a Regional Training Organisation we offer specialist training for qualified doctors pursuing a career in general practice medicine.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate Policy and Documents Officer to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing the process that supports the creation, review, control and/or publication of high-quality documentation including policy and procedures across all aspects of MCCCs operations.
The person we are looking for will have a proven track record and success in written communications, document formatting, records and information management principles. Proven computer literacy at an advanced level, with experience producing the highest quality documentation is essential.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, reflecting service professionalism, and ensuring the highest levels of support. Key to success in this role will be the ability to engage with and meet the expectations of a wide range of stakeholders.
We are seeking a self-directed wordsmith, with flawless attention to detail, a creative thinker constantly looking for ways to improve. Experience in a similar role in the not for profit, education and/or health fields will be highly advantageous.

More about the position
This position is located in any of our following office locations (as preferred by the successful applicant): Bendigo, Warrnambool, Geelong, Wodonga. This position is 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) with flexibility regarding preferred days.
This is a fixed term contract position to 31 December 2021, with possible continuation dependent on renewal of Government funding.
