Gorval Lynch is a busy litigation focused law firm based in Sydney CBD. We have been operating for 4 years and now employ 5 Full Time Solicitors and paralegals.
We are a young firm managed by two Partners and adopt a modern approach to legal practice with heavy focus on technology - we are largely paperless and our ideal candidate will be confident and experienced with IT including Office365, Outlook, OneDrive, Windows and Mac and other legal software (Actionstep, Dropbox, Capsule CRM) - All training will be provided to the successful candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity for a new candidate to join our firm on a full time basis. the Receptionist /Admin Support will be the leading face role of the Company and will be responsible for ensuring that all new and existing clients are looked after. the Receptionist role is the primary point of contact with new clients where customer focus and support is key.
What You Would Do
You will be responsible for:
Managing the phone system, taking calls and booking appointments;
Managing and coordinating the calendars for 4 Solicitors;
Drafting and Issuing new Client engagement letters ( under supervision)
assisting the Solicitors and Paralegals with Administrative file support.
Managing the firm's inbound email account;
ensuring that all office supplies/stationary are in order and available.
