This is a full time permanent position designed to provide substantial support and assistance to the Finance and Administration Manager.
Note: Candidates looking for 80% permanent part time work may be considered.
Bank reconciliations within a high transaction and multi account environment
Cash flow forecasting
Payroll, inc Superannuation reconciliation
Assisting with Human Resource matters
General Admin duties
At least five years experience within a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding and practical knowledge of double entry accounting principles, payroll and admin practices
Proficient in the use of MYOB and Excel
Demonstrated Skills and Abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is paramount
Concise communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines and independently manage and prioritise your responsibilities
Keen sense of getting the job done right the first time
The ability to work autonomously, self-manage and display a high level of motivation
You will be working in a dynamic environment where your strong administration, organisational and bookkeeping skills will be vital
