Role Overview
As an adviser within the business you will be responsible for a diverse book of private clients whilst working with the partners in the business to service a book of UHNW families under a genuine family office offering.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing advice in the best interests of the outcome’s clients are looking to achieve.
  • Act as the lead adviser to a book of HNW clients
  • Work with the senior advisers to service a book of UHNW families with a diverse range of needs.
  • Support senior advisers with strategy development, modelling whilst ensuring that compliance requirements are adhered to.
  • Attend meetings with Senior Advisers to begin to build relationships with the larger more complex clients.
  • Manage relationships with other professionals involved in a clients’ financial life including accountants, lawyers etc.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the business to ensure the standard of advice provided is as high as it can be with the processes underpinning the business are as efficient as they can be.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will require the following

  • At least 3 years in a relevant financial planning role preferably in a business with a similar model and client base.
  • The role will be an ideal next step for a candidate who has a solid grounding of technical knowledge that could have been gained from an adviser or associate adviser role within an equivalent business.
  • Hold a FASEA approved degree, have begun the pathway to being FASEA complaint and an existing adviser as defined by FASEA.
  • Demonstrably strong technical background particularly surrounding investments as well as technical competencies across all areas of advice.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy.
