We are currently seeking the services of reliable and experienced Security Officers to join our team in Victoria.    We are seeking both  full time security officers and casual security officers to work within the hospital environment.

The ideal candidates will posses excellent conflict negotiation skills   and passion for customer service which will exceed client expectations and set the bar high. In this role, you will be able to make a difference in safety and welfare of customers in the hospital environment, and your contribution will be both significant and rewarding.


About the role


Your role will include:

  • To provide clients and customers with kindness and respect, to assist them in succeeding challenges.
  • Provide advice to the team regarding enquiries, emergency incidents, troubleshooting.
  • Manage daily tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Engage with customers to assist with their queries delivering exceptional service and support;
  • Attending to incidents and working together in a team to produce positive outcomes;
  • To manage on site incidents to a successful resolution;
  • The ability to respond to medical situations;
  • Writing incident reports, daily logs and handover sheets.
  •  Providing first response support to challenging situations.

General security duties including administration tasks.


Skills and experience


To be successful, you will have excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to work flexible hours. You pride yourself on your customer service skills and excel when challenged by customer needs.  

 You will also possess:

  • Current Security License for the state or territory you are applying for.
  • Current First Aid Certificate;
  • Driver's License;
  • Team orientated nature and excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Strong organizational skills, being able to proactively plan and schedule projects and manage a systematic method of getting work done;
  • Excellent presentation and grooming;
  • Drive and motivation to improve services and processes as required;
  • High-level customer service focus with a "can-do" attitude;
  • Professional with excellent interpersonal skills and respectful attitude towards team members, customers, and clients;  
  •  Excellent conflict negotiation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and follow set procedures.
