WHAT'S ON OFFER Our client is looking for a Foreman to oversee a large commercial heavy refurbishment and fitout project. The project is worth $20m and is a complex refurbishment that involves a demo of the whole building and façade, column strengthening, temporary works, new slabs, curtain wall façade and an integrated fitout.
This is a great chance to get into a growing business that have all their systems and procedures in place and work with repeat clients.
Manage a large team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
The liaison between client and sub-contractor
Assisting in the development of the project instructions
Maintaining communication with superiors and subordinates
Proven track record with delivering complex heavy refurbishment projects
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
Relevant OH&S and IR knowledge
Solid organisation and communication skills
Proven experience as a team leader
