Reporting to Senior Accounts & Management

Data entry to MYOB AccountRight 2019

Processing Invoices - Receivable and Payable

Purchases and basic Cost Analysis

Assistant to Senior Management

Set up and review Supplier/Client Contracts & Agreements

Digital filing & archiving

Work under direction

MS Office savvy

Excel fan - willing to share your skills  Extra points.

Speed and accuracy must be part of your nature.

Experienced Office All Rounder

Rock Solid by name and reputation.  Our company has made a name for itself in Australia and overseas with patented corrosion detection technology.

You will join a small team of dedicated professionals as the key resource of the company.  The role reports to the Senior Accounts and/or Business Manager and MD.

You must be motivated, with strong entry skills and computer literacy, to assist in the management of all areas of running the Rock Solid group of companies.

We provide excellent service to our clients and treat our suppliers with respect.  Your relationships with all our contacts are important so a pleasant effective demeanour is essential!

Attention to detail is a pre-requisite for this role. Some training and guidance will be provided in all areas.

You will have solid experience on your side if you dont have a relevant qualification.

Basic bookkeeping functions would be accounts payable/receivable, basic purchase orders and be ready to take on new challenges.

Basic office functions would include telephone answering, purchasing, mailing and occasional freight organisation, filing, archiving and document control.
