GTES is an employer of Apprentices and Trainees within the Group Training system. We are looking for motivated, committed and highly skilled individual to join our enthusiastic team in achieving this business growth whilst continuing our quality customer service.

As a Field Officer you will be responsible for marketing and business development, attracting and signing up new employers, recruitment, placement and field supervision of Apprentices and Trainees and Labour Hire employees, quality customer service and associated administration. This role has a big focus on business development.

To be successful in this rewarding role you must meet the following selection criteria;

  • Proven extensive external marketing and business development experience.
  • Superior communication, negotiation and planning skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
  • Quantifiable experience in achieving sales targets.
  • An understanding of the Apprenticeship/ Traineeship system.
  • Experience within an Apprenticeship/ Traineeship- preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrate quality customer service
  • Excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and computer skills
