About the business and the role


Strike Force Services is a leading provider of Facilities Management Services in the Hunter Valley and throughout NSW.

We are currently looking to employ a junior receptionist to join our team in our office located in Maitland.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Remuneration will be paid in accordance with the Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010.



Job tasks and responsibilities


Daily duties will include the following but not limited to:

  • Answering & directing phone calls
  • Greeting clients and suppliers
  • Mail - incoming & outgoing
  • Printing, photocopying, binding and laminating
  • Filing and make up of files
  • Document preparation
  • Data Entry
  • General administrative tasks


Skills and experience


The following experience & skills are required: 

  • Professional written & verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft outlook, spreadsheets and word
  • Friendly, positive approach and pride in your work
  • 3 work related references
