Tiny Tutus is a national preschool ballet company with classes Monday to Sunday throughout Australia with a very profitable online store. We are currently recruiting for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Charlestown.
This position will be responsible for:
Managing of multiple email inboxes, customer and staff (same day reply)
Actioning of Facebook messages and post comments
Answering of phone calls
Administration of new memberships
Customer care of existing memberships
Daily communications with our families and planning of
As the successful candidate you will be:
Have a flair for communication (interpersonal and written)
Be a motivated self-starter with a positive outlook
Have the ability to work diplomatically with a wide range of people.
Possess excellent time management skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Advanced computer skills - familiarity with a membership database and direct debit payment system is an advantage
Previous administrative experience is a must. This is not an entry level role.
We are offering 5 days per fortnight (2 days one week, 3 days the next week), 8am 4pm with the opportunity for growth with the right candidate.
