  • Newly created position located at their Head Offices in Melbourne
  • OWN the responsibility for the sales team - 10 reps across various locations
  • Build a team culture of success and winning
  • Actively manage, coach and mentor team to achieve results
  • Provide direction and feedback to ensures successful performance
  • Review structure to ensure KPSs are achievable but at a stretch to drive growth
  • Spend crucial time in the field analysing and reviewing staff performance
  • Review CRM and other metrics to ensure effective usage of time and sales priorities for field staff - help with refining call cycles/planograms if needed
  • Continually seek improvements in all sales tools and work with marketing and other departments to capitalise on sales
  • Guide and address performance issues promptly to ensure sales standards are adhered to
  • Run inductions of any new sales staff to ensure clear and precise guidelines and expectations
  • Produce reporting and sales budget updates for review by senior management


  • Must have demonstrated sales management experience ideally in a product driven environment B2B
  • Will lead by example and promote accountability and ownership of duties
  • Be solutions driven - you will be expected to achieve results not excuses
  • Have excellent sales background to enable you to teach and inspire your team
  • Show a winning can-do attitude
  • Show strong and effective leadership and inspire staff to be the best they can be
