TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR (PT) - SYDNEY

Award Classification:  SCHADS award Level 3  (annual salary based on 21 hours $33,000 - $36,000)

Network Of Community Activities is a not-for-profit community organisation that has been operating for over 45 years supporting the Out of School Hours sector. We are a membership organisation. Network is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO90537)) providing a range of Education and Training programs. This is a unique position to provide training administration to educators in the OOSH sector in NSW. For the right person, we are offering an immediate start.

DUTIES include but are not limited to:

  • Handling phone enquiries regarding course bookings
  • Booking students into courses using an online Student Management System
  • Scheduling courses online
  • Assist with setting up, catering, preparation and clearing up for all courses
  • General preparation of brochures and certificates for courses  
  • Provide support to the Manager Professional Learning and Education and to the trainers for their preparation and administration 
  • Support the administration of RTO students and courses, data entry of forms
  • Assist with RTO compliance and Avetmiss reporting    Selection Criteria:
  • Experience working in a training organisation involving RTO compliance and Avetmiss reporting
  • Experience and skills in student management databases and willingness to implement new software
  • Excellent IT skills and use of both Mac and Windows 10 with MS Office  

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Australian Citizenship or Residency
  • Position subject to a national Criminal History Check clearance and a Valid Working With Children Check clearance

CONTRACT TERMS AND BENEFITS

  • Minimum 21 hours per week negotiable, ongoing contract
  • SCHADS award LEVEL 3 plus Superannuation and leave loading.
