The Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting and providing support to the Marketing Team Leader, Managing Director and wider executive team. Your focus will be on designing marketing materials and generating engaging content for our digital channels. You will be contributing to the planning and execution of the Marketing Strategy. The aim of the position is to increase the profile of Recovery Partners in the market and to attract and retain clients.

Duties

  • Graphic design and design coordination
  • Content creation researching and creating content for blogs, website, social media and videos.
  • Event management internal and external event coordination
  • Implement the social media strategy - social media posting and monitoring
  • Website updates in WordPress and SEO
  • Implementing marketing campaigns
  • Preparation of internal communications
  • Coordination of marketing collateral
  • Contributing to a monthly report and meetings
  • Assisting staff preparing presentations and proposals
  • Database maintenance on Hubspot
  • Assist with market research

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Marketing Degree or Communications Degree or Graphic Design
  • Intermediate Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Efficient and creative design either in InDesign or Canva or similar
  • Excellent writing skills to create engaging content
  • Marketing campaign skills
  • Digital marketing skills including social media and website
  • Event management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Drivers License
  • Sense of humour

Desirable

  • HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification and/or experience using the HubSpot platform
  • WordPress experience or similar
  • Premier Pro or similar video editing experience
  • Photography
