We currently have a great full time opportunity for someone seeking a career in administration, hours 8.30-5.00pm, Monday-Friday based in Kogarah.
A prominent brand in our sector, our company provides specialist recruitment services to the dental and medical industries. We have been established for over 20 years. Based in Kogarah opposite to St George Hospital, we are close to the station and easily accessible by public transport
We are seeking an engaging and energetic person, with strong attention to detail, to fit into our inclusive and close-knit team. You will have some experience working in a similar role, preferably no less than 6 months so if you have the basics, we can teach you the rest!
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be working with a team comprising 7 others to assist with the day to day running of the business. The role has become available as our current admin assistant is relocating interstate.
Data entry/database management
Answering phone and handling enquires
Emailing confirmations for labour hire roles
Assisting with roster updates
While some training will be provided we do have some essential criteria for the person joining our team. Essential attributes include:
Minimum intermediate level computer skills
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills: good phone manner
Strong attention to detail
If you have previous experience in the Dental or Medical or recruitment industries this will be highly advantageous but definitely not essential for successful application.
