Reporting to the Head of Operations, the State Manager will be responsible for the management of the current security operation and services across NSW, meeting agreed performance standards and client operational requirements. The State Manager will also manage the business relationship with its customers and vendors to achieve operational security and safety objectives within a framework of customer service excellence. Key responsibilities include, financial management, employee relations, WHS & Risk, HRM, Customer Service, Security Consulting and Security Operations.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Leader / Team Leader in Security Operations or equivalent position.
Cert IV in Security Risk Management & Workplace Health & Safety.
Minimum of 10+ years experience in Security Management, Project Management, Risk and Safety with additional emphasis on proven success in leading a cross-functional team and delivering applications end-to-end from design to field delivery.
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. federal workplace relations system, protective security practices, customer service and workplace practices).
Knowledge of industrys legal rules and guidelines.
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
