A division of The Department of Communities and Justice- Courts, Tribunals & Service Delivery provides efficient administrative and corporate support to NSW Courts, Tribunals as well as Land and Environment Court and Supreme Court.

About the role

These particular roles will provide more complex and high quality administrative services through the courts. These roles will be more hands on in a fast paced, high pressure yet enjoyable workplace. Some duties may include but are not limited too:

Liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients;

Preparing accurate court orders, reports and correspondence; and

Supervise, guide, train and provide support to a team

About you

Ability to meet and exceed expectations in a high pressure environment ;

Ability to provide quality client service to magistrates, judges and members of the public ;

Ability to think on your feet and make important decisions in a timely manner using strong problem solving skills;

Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Also and are able to manage and motivate a team;

Hold knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply relevant court policies and procedures;

Confident in using computers and software applications to enter data; and

Ability to adapt and work in different jurisdictions and court locations.

There are three different roles within Courts, Tribunals & Service Delivery. Please follow the links below for the role descriptions:

Assessment Centre

You will be required to attend only one Assessment Centre in person for all four three roles, located in the NSW Department of Communities and Justice Parramatta office. Talent pools will be created and candidates may be eligible for more than one depending on their performance throughout the recruitment process.
