ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Administration Officer to work in our Corporate Services team. This busy and varied role will see you running the office and providing admin support in the areas of HR, WHS and ICT.

You will be highly organised and love systems and processes. You will need to be able to juggle multiple priorities and love being the go-to person and the person people look to, to get things done.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

To be successful, you will have:

  • at last 5 years experience in a similar role
  • experience as an office allrounder or office manager in a small-medium sized business
  • a minimum Cert IV in business or administration and have some knowledge of HR, WHS and ICT
  • high proficiency in all MS Office programs
  • experience using databases

    You will also be:

  • able to work under pressure
  • able to adapt to constantly changing workload demands
