About the role:
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will oversee the development and execution of NTIs strategic marketing and communications strategies in a largely B2B environment. This is an opportunity to influence, collaborate and drive success and market share through the delivery of our overall brand identity and corporate profile.
Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy, with a core focus on digital brand, sponsorships and customer engagement
Focus on the creation and expansion of NTIs competitive advantage to drive sales growth and new products/markets
Implement key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide analysis, data-driven commercial insights, performance reporting and forecasting day-to-day operational management of all marketing plans, channels, performance monitoring, and developing action plans to drive ROI
Be the custodian of NTIs reputation, values and standards
Oversee all aspects of the marketing function with a focus on the key areas of digital, sponsorship and operations
Manage the annual marketing budget including P&L projections, expenditure and resource planning to achieve deliverables
Lead, develop and coach a team of direct reports including assessing and reporting on performance and building team capability
Foster an open, collaborative, culture of ideas and challenge that engages the marketing team closely and constructively with all other areas of NTI
Strategically manage external relationships with agencies, suppliers and other parties to achieve the best outcomes for the business
To be successful you will have:
Experience in financial services, marketing in an intermediary business model and / or B2B marketing is highly desired
A strategic and analytical mindset with exceptional communication skills and business acumen to lead marketing operations
A naturally collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to lead internal and external stakeholders through the delivery of key projects
Proven experience leading and driving collaborative digital change initiatives
15 years marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years experience within a leadership capacity
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or other relevant field
