Sales and Customer Service Leader

We are your local digital textile print house focused on custom fabric printing for artists and designers. We are looking for an experience dynamic sales and customer service leader who will drive Digital Fabrics sales, revenue opportunities and as well as creating excellent customer experience. You will be working on project management with our top clients as well as responsible for all Digital Fabrics sales, meeting and exceeding set sales targets and KPI goals.

Although this is not a super creative role, you will be working with talented and creative people. For that reason, we are looking for a person who is as mad as we are about art, design, fabrics, colour, patterns and of course prints! Who values creativity, quality, sustainability and will be proud on being on the team that goes that extra step, always, for our clients.

 

You will be responsible for:

All Digital Fabrics sales, meeting and exceeding set sales targets and KPI goals.

Lead generation through identifying different sales opportunities and approach potential clients through traditional and social media marketing to achieve company goals and objectives.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Enter and maintain clients records in CRM.

Report on sales, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

Writing sales offer for social media and email marketing.

Maintain excellence in customer experience and build strong positive business and customer relationships with clients to maximise sales and loyalty.

In timely manner respond to phone and online enquiries.

Quotation and invoicing, following up clients on quotes, payments, orders, enquiries, sample packs sent etc.

Process and manage key customers orders and maintain satisfaction levels by ensuring orders are fulfilled and delivered on time with great service that meets or exceeds their expectations.

After sale feedback follow up to make sure client stays happy and their expectations were meet via phone, email or newsletter.

Resolve customer problems and complaints.

You also need to be skilled and experienced! Role requirements are:

  • Proven sales experience in similar role.
  • Previous Graphic design experience or sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a bonus.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to details and computer literacy Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Email Marketing.
