Newcastle & The Hunters leading Pest Control specialist, Advanced Pest Control Aust. Pty Ltd is seeking an exceptional Full Time Customer Service/Administration Assistant to join their team in Newcastle.
You will need to be a mature, flexible, reliable and highly organized all rounder.
Your duties will include:
Answering phones in our booking office
Office administration and scheduling of regular services to our clients
Organising Technicians runs and paperwork
You will have an outstanding attitude, strong self confidence and excellent customer service skills. You must be able to work independently and keep pace as a member of our team. Extensive knowledge of Newcastle, The Hunter and its surrounding townships will be a valuable asset to the role. Previous experience in the Pest Control Industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
As a preferred candidate you will have an excellent phone manner, a high level of office computer skills in Excel, Word and Xero and be knowledgeable in database operations. Ideally you would have had at least 5 years working in general administration roles.
