About the Role of  Administration / Accounts Officer.

You will be working with the two co owners & the garden maintenance manager executing the administration of accounts for sales, invoicing and receiving payments, payroll & reconciliation & varied office tasks.
A minimum of one day of work per week is required; however if your level of skill & experience includes Human Resources, Business Operations & Work Health safety then more hours shall be available to be worked.

 YOUR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. The administration of accounts for sales, invoicing and receiving payments, payroll & reconciliation.
  2. Typing correspondence, creating documents. Filing & general office operations. 
  3. Assistance with human resource management.
  4. Work health and safety Administration.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • You must possess excellent operation and application of MYOB Account Right version 19.5  Payroll, Sales, Accounts Invoicing & Reconciliation, 
  • Efficient application Office including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Be a proficient and accurate typist.
  • Possess experience in good customer relations.
  • You must be autonomous, confident, highly organized, proactive and possess the quality of a friendly persona. You're loyal to your employer and the clients we service.

DESIREABLE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Certificate IV Accounting & Finance
  • Human resource management & qualifications.
  • Work Health & Safety qualifications
  • Business experience & qualifications
  • Building & landscape design experience

EMPLOYMENT PACKAGE

  • You are employed under the clerks private sector modern award in casual employment. 
  • Work day to be between Monday and Friday. Nil work public holidays.
  • Above award wages & wages are commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
