A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Services Undergraduate or Graduate Accountant to join a successful and well established CA practice that has a great ongoing team culture and provides an excellent learning platform to help broaden and develop your career.
You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in numerous client industries and HNWI and gain client exposure across manufacturing, medical, arts, investment, legal industries and more. The work is very interesting and extremely diverse and you will benefit from excellent mentorship with Managers and Partners that take a hands-on approach and want to see you succeed.
Some of the duties in this role include:
Completing and lodging BAS, IAS
Preparing income tax returns, financial statements and FBT for SMEs, consolidated groups and international companies
Drafting initial advice and reports
Calculating additions, CGT and disposals of assets and depreciation expenses
Liaise with the ATO to solve clients' tax issues
Working with clients in diverse industries expanding from SMEs to the corporate market.
Minimum 1 year' Australian business services/tax experience
Relevant accounting degree, studying or graduated
Have commenced or looking to commence CA studies
