Solutions in Engineering is a market leader in the Strata Industry with assured client growth.  We need a motivated Finance and Administration Coordinator to support the growth of our company.

Do you have at least 10 years experience as a Finance Officer, ideally in a medium sized private company.

Are you an energetic, relationship focused and enthusiastic service provider who can communicate and influence key stakeholders

As the Finance and Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining oversight of a multi-disciplinary team including the Finance function  and the Administration team who produce our Compliance Reports. This will include supervising a Finance Assistant, supporting the business through financial accounting, statutory reporting, strategic,  financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting. You will also ensure  our Compliance Reports are completed and dispatched accurately and on time.


About you

You will be an experienced Finance Officer looking for the next challenge in your career. You will be experienced in leading a small team with a fair but firm approach to productivity. You will also be experienced in lodging BAS statements, Tax Returns, Payroll Tax and Superannuation.

You will possess outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal, you are highly organised with the ability to multitask across the business with flexibility and adaptability to meet tight deadlines. You have the capacity to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders developing their trust and respect and you demonstrate assertiveness to take charge of situations without direction where required.

Critical to your success is your ability to communicate your message and above all we are looking a passionate and down to earth personality to fit with the existing leadership team.

You will possess excellent technical skills including intermediate skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Xero Accounting software and have exceptional attention to detail.


Remuneration will be commensurate with the successful candidates expertise and experience.
