Roles & Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities and drive sales numbers to realise Companys aggressive aims within Aus and NZ market
As we are in the initial stages of developing this market you will be responsible for all overall activity which is primarily Field Sales Management, Logistics and Operations Support, and Customer Services.
Take overall ownership of Operational requirements as well as managing the Field Sales and Field Support Agents in this region.
Act as a point of contact for other key stakeholders within the company internationally. Such as HD of Sales UK, HD of Sales Call Centre, Field Support Managers, Digital Marketing (where necessary) and of course leadership including the CEO.
Liaise closely with your counterpart in India who manages the Call Centre Agents operating in your region, coordinate and support in problem resolution as well as campaign-specific objectives.
Build a sound understanding of the market, products, services and competitor activity.
Ensure that reports of sales and support are provided on a timely basis.
Build and develop an effective winning team - construct KPIs and metrics that drive performance and are fit for purpose.
The stage of growth and model during initial 2 years of establishing ourselves means that there is a lack of structure at times as well as normal process - thus you must be accustomed to managing OPS and teams in difficult circumstances.

Sector experience, as well as IT Solutions or Restaurant and Takeaway business knowledge, are definite advantages.

Understand performance management and be familiar with establishing new service levels.
Excellent communication, a readiness to travel to different regions and a hands-on client facing tendency. Escalations handled in person where possible.
