We are seeking an experienced Service Admin Officer to join our highly dedicated service team in Riverton. The service admin role is critical in support of the Service Manager organising the day to day service, warranty, repairs of agricultural equipment for our valued clients. The role also supports the management of the technicians organising their daily activities, collecting timecards, attending to payroll requirements for the branch and any other administration duties for the entire branch. With some specialised systems that we use in the management of productivity, efficiency and costing, we ideally need someone with experience in supporting or having a significant part in a service department working with new & used equipment. Knowledge of agricultural equipment would be an advantage.

The role will require supporting our farmers in peak times, during harvest & seeding, with some extra hours expected. We are very proud in the level of service we provide our customers so we would expect this individual to be customer service orientated to maintain our reputation. High level administration skills, skills in the Microsoft suite of products, some experience in service management software, being highly organised and supporting our continuous improvement environment are some of the skills we seek.
