Our offices are located within walking distance from St Leonards train station.
Duties and responsibilities of the job include:
Assisting the accounts department with all aspects of accounting
Prepare documents for tax lodges/BAS
Prepare financial and other reports for the Financial Controller
Chasing outstanding debtors
Uploading and storing information into the company systems
Data entry & management of emails
Process weekly labour timesheets
Credit card management and reconciliations
Adhoc administration duties as required
Skills and experience required:
Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills
Previous administration/accounts highly desired
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong skills in Microsoft office & OneDrive
Ability to quickly learn new systems
Sound knowledge of MYOB desired or willingness learn
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Being a team player with excellent communication and a strong attention to detail will ensure your success in this role. Experience in the Construction Industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
