Our industry is undergoing an unprecedented transition on a global level. Decarbonisation, decentralisation and digitisation are driving this inevitable shift, with improvements in technology seeing not only changes in how electricity is generated, but also in how it is used. In this environment, it is vital that our business evolves to ensure we deliver our vision of ‘empowering communities to share and use energy for a better tomorrow’.
Customers engage with our business in many ways. With the increase in different technologies and ways of engaging, we need to adapt to ensure we are putting the customer at the core of what we do through personalisation of our services to enhance their engagement with us. We need to evolve our systems, tools and work practices to ensure we are set up for success, and can focus on the customer instead of the paperwork. With that in mind, we are seeking a number of Business Analysts to join the Empowering Customers Workstream team, specifically the Customer Contact Centre Optimisation Initiative.
There are multiple Business Analyst roles. Acting as the key interface between the users and the project manager to gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users. Further, you will be responsible for the review of key systems, analysis, reporting, and problem and opportunity identification. Working with the project team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver the best possible outcome for our Business. You will directly support the transformation effort in this customer-focussed Workstream.
We are seeking individuals who are proactive, have strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer engagement principles. Being an excellent communicator with the ability to build stakeholder relationships in a geographically dispersed organisation is essential for the role. You will have a strong desire to analyse and help solve complex business problems. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, as well as extensive knowledge and solid understanding of project management processes and methodologies are key skills required for this role.
Closing date for applications is 11.55pm on Sunday 22nd March 2020
