Administration Assistant Gympie

An opportunity has opened at Dixon Homes for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team located at our office at Gympie Office

We are looking for someone who possesses the below qualities;
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Gmail etc.)
* Reliable
* Willingness to work in a team environment
* Previous phone experience talking to Customers

* Call centre experience a advantage

Duties include but are not restricted to;
* Answering telephones
* Responding to emails

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, completing general duties given to them in a specified time frame and willingness to work in a team environment. You will be required to work off a roster Monday to Friday including Weekends
