The company:

  • A market leader in their field selling a sophisticated SaaS Advertising solution platform. Currently going through a growth phase, looking to add strong sales people to their new business team.
  • The company has been well established over the passed 20 years, and operates in 13 different countries. A great time to join the developing Sydney based team.  

What we are looking for:
The ideal person would be someone who really wants to make their mark in a company and progress in the business with the following skills and attributes;

  • A self starter who thrives in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proven track record achieving targets and KPI's.
  • Strong negotiation and ability to close sales.
  • Someone commission focused looking to develop their sales skills.
  • Experience in F2F and telephone based sales
  • Previous experience in advertising/media sales is a bonus!  

The role:

  • Contacting businesses that would benefit from using the SaaS platform.
  • Objection handling skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Schedule meetings to attend
  • Negotiate prices and subscription plans
  • Close deals effectively and efficiency using sales and closing skills.
  • Update and maintain CRM database
