About the role
We are seekinga highly motivated, Technical Performance Specialist to design, develop and refine a standard methodology system, and build related processes to monitor the technical performance and authorisations of our people.
Promoting a strong safety culture whilst identifying and bringing together information about challenges that inhibit our peoples ability to do their jobs. In this role you will look for, and contribute to opportunities that continuously improve our team's efficiency.

About the Business
At TasNetworks, we own, operate and maintain the electricity transmission and distribution network in Tasmania. We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 285,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers.
To be successful in this role you will be a qualified Electrician or have electrical engineering qualifications with at least 5 years experience in the electrical supply industry. A sound knowledge of industry standards, TasNetworks' work practice documentation and asset standards. Committed to safety and proven experience in undertaking internal auditing and preparation of related reports. Flexibility to travel and work away for short periods of time when required along with a current driver's license.
