We are a rapidly growing digital marketing and media company looking for a natural organiser to join us as a Sales Admin/Coordinator.

        We use our huge media audience, and our unmatched marketing and content creation expertise to deliver fantastic results for our marketing partners such as Castrol, Goodyear, Isuzu, Bridgestone, MAXTRAX, Lion Nathan, Redarc and dozens more

 

About the role:                                                    

        You'll be the key link between the sales team and the video creation and social media teams to help deliver everything promised to our marketing partners on time

       You'll assist with coordination and organisation of video shoots including organising vehicles, props, shooters, presenters, locations and more.

       You'll manage filming and edit schedules and calendars

        Assist the team with posting content on social media to hit our growth targets

        Create reports and gather statistics for marketing partners

 

What you need:

In your cover letter, youll need to demonstrate please that you have the skills we are needing and list how youve used these skills in previous roles that are similar to this.

      At least 1 year experience in a sales admin/coordination or marketing coordination role

        Very strong organisational skills

        Very strong time management skills your pet hate should be things being late. Experience working to deadlines essential

        Have an understanding and experience with Google Docs, Dropbox, Excel and any time management software youve used before (ASANA, Monday.com etc.)

        Have excellent written and communication skills

        A passionate for marketing, sales and making quality video content is something we are looking for.

        A passion for 4WDing/the outdoors would help, but not essential

 

This is a full time role Mon-Fri based out of Sydney. We are a fun, extremely passionate and driven team of marketing experts, who are lucky enough to create some of the best video content in the country.
