ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead a team of territory sales professionals across different Sales Channels. Primarily, you will be focusing on developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
Experience in Automotive Aftersales, with sound knowledge and relationships within the Smash Repair sector
An experienced Regional Manager with proven track record of Business Development and successful sales conversion
Proven Sales Team management, developing high performing Regions
A commercially astute professional who can identify and analyse trends, put in action plans and accurately forecast
Experience in managing P&L, budgets
A Hands-on leader who will be proactive in strategic BD to the market and build sales pipelines
