In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for leading and growing the APAC Sales team for a rapidly growing technology business, delivering a repeatable sales engine through the right strategy, clear process, talented people and execution.

Your responsibilities will include:
Driving revenue growth through new business, expansion and upsell;
Shaping a collaborative, transparent and entrepreneurial culture - one that embraces coaching and has a strong focus on the growth and development of all its team members;
Designing & implementing the short & long-term revenue strategy for the APAC business;
Proposing & implementing necessary adjustments to the playbook to optimise performance and will build/refine the infrastructure to facilitate growth;
Managing targets - delivering quarterly and annual revenue objectives; tracking opportunities, maintaining up-to-date account profiles, accurately and consistently forecasting business as requested;
Providing accurate and timely management information, revenue forecasts, reports and analysis and ensure clear communication to executive leadership team and key partners; and
Engaging with buyers in mid-market & enterprise deals, providing extra attention to build relationships and drive opportunities toward close.
We require a strong sales leader who can inspire and motivate a team of dynamic sales and marketing professionals, while building a culture of predictability, accountability and consistency. We require 10+ years of demonstrated sales leadership in software/technology environment with a consistent track record of success, driving revenue growth against quota and increased profitability.
