We are seeking a well organised and enthusiastic Administration Assistant /Bookkeeper to join our friendly team here at D.C Bin Hire.Located in Campbellfield ,you will be responsible for a large volume of phone calls and assist in daily Myob entry to ensure a smooth running office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be able to communicate and resolve at an executive level
High attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines
Basic understanding of computers
Strong client service and relationship skills
Comply with company policies and privacy procedure
MYOB knowledge ESSENTIAL
Job responsibilities include answering a large volume of calls,two way calls. Assisting in all data entries to Myob. Processing daily credit card payments ,emails and any other duties in day to day operation of the office.
D.C Bin hire is a predominantly a male orientated company, its important that the applicant feel comfortable within such environment .
Hours of employment will be 8.00 am 4 pm 3-4 days per week.
Hourly rate will depend on skills
