We are looking for a skilled, intuitive, service-focused Program Administrator for location in our Mackay office.
You will be a passionate advocate for regional Australia and the businesses therein; committed to linking them with opportunities and helping them grow and prosper. You will be solutions-based with a professional approach and you will be responsive to the needs of your clients. Importantly, this role requires the provision of prompt and accurate administration services and the ability to be flexible and agile enough to respond to client needs as they arise.
The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and be able to integrate into a busy, dynamic team, and meet set deadlines in accordance with our business values. Training will be provided on various website software applications that are used, but experience in all MS Office packages and the use of internet web applications is essential. Any experience in Ariba, MYOB, Accounts Payable & Receivable would be a highly advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a strong focus on customer service and alignment with our core values Respect, Integrity, Trust and Empathy.
You have the drive and discipline to work autonomously but thrive as the member of a team as well.
We are looking for an immediate starter, but commencement will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Please note, this is an entry level position into our company and starting salary is $55,000 unless junior award rates apply or significant experience in skills related to the role can be demonstrated.
