About the Role
Reporting to the Campaign Lead you will support and coordinate communication and promotional activities including coordinating a range of campaign activities and other requirements identified to implement effective marketing strategies in the key areas of Foster Care, Disability Services and other community services offerings. This role will be based in the Pitt St, Sydney office.
Support the implementation of effective marketing campaigns across the organisation with a strong focus on digital marketing.
Develop and distribute communication content that are relevant to the identified stakeholder group.
Support Event co-ordination for identified areas of LWB, including :
Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning
Create and distribute event listing pages on social media websites
Manage event set up, tear down and follow-ups
Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events
Work with and within the broader Communications and Media team to:
build a strong service culture
collaborate with and support other teams within the broader Strategy & Engagement team
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or event co-ordination or equivalent work experience
Current NSW Drives License
Demonstrated experience in assisting the planning, execution and reporting of digital campaign activities using Facebook Ads Manager.
Experience in liaising with stakeholders and suppliers
Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
Demonstrated experience in using e-based communication channels in an integrated model including web CMS, social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills, and ability to think laterally and strategically
Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
