We're looking for the face of our busy Melbourne office and someone who will make our Job seekers and Employers feel welcome with your brilliant customer service and genuine smile! This role is full time and ongoing.

Provide front of house services to the office including:

  • greeting all visitors to site,
  • monitoring attendance,
  • answering phones & taking messages, 
  • overseeing front of house activities (job search facilities),
  • ensuring a presentable reception area.
  • Maintain organisational systems for smooth administration at the site including some account work, stationery stock, marketing material stock, employer database, training room bookings, front of house computer bookings and other systems as directed

What we need:

  • Outgoing personality with the ability to contribute to the team environment
  • Efficient administration and demonstrated time-management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in accordance with Jobfind's policies and procedures, the Employment Services Code of Practice and all contractual requirements of the Department of Employment 
  • Able to successfully pass a police check and have or be able to obtain a WWCC
