Opteon (ACT) is part of the largest network of property valuers and advisors in Australia. Our Canberra office is looking for the right individual who will provide excellent customer service to our existing clients.
As the Client Liaison Officer you will be responsible for:
Contacting customers to book appointments
Organising Valuers' calendars
Balancing business requirements whilst delivering a positive customer experience
Capturing customer information and entering data into our internal systems, ensuring accuracy of information
Navigating through multiple external and internal computer systems
Monitoring systems and ensuring deadlines are met
First point of contact for our valuers and customers to provide them with timely information and assistance.
To be successful in this role you will need to be:
Able to provide high quality administrative support
Confident with professional verbal and written communication skills
Efficient in managing deadlines and varied tasks daily
An excellent communicator
Organised with attention to detail
Willing to learn and grow
Pleasant and polite.
