About the Opportunity
CPA Group is currently seeking an experienced RTO complianceAdministrator who can work on a casual basis as part of our in-house RTO (Baseline) team.
Previous RTO, compliance and AVETMISS reporting knowledge and experience is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate key knowledge of practical experience in quality systems and work closely with Baseline team members with tasks, not limited to the below;
Ensure ongoing compliance of RTO with the regulatory requirements
Manage RTO compliance and the scope of registration
Identify opportunities and adding new courses to the scope of registration to create new business
Contribute to project planning to review and action requirements within the NVR standards
Maintain and implement continuous improvement across the RTO
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal audits within the RTO
Ensure trainers and assessors hold and maintain currency in relevant training and vocational qualifications and competencies
Investigate and report on complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Assist with compliance of training and assessment within the RTO to meet rules of assessment and principles evidence
Contribute to the development and implementation of the validation and moderation process
Assist with the transition of units/qualifications for training package updates
Ensure Data Provision requirements and quality indicator data are captured and reported Conduct weekly AVETMISS updates
The successful applicant will have the following qualifications, experiences and skills;
Qualifications in a Business / Training / RTO related field (preferred)
Demonstrate a strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and reporting requirements
Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
Demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments, with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve and establish work priorities
Demonstrate skills and experience in training coordination
Demonstrate knowledge of aXcelerate student management system
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of training service practices, procedures and systems
Operate calm under pressure and manages stress effectively
Remain flexible and supportive of change
Demonstrate an honest and reliable personality
