Receptionist - Full Time

Our fast paces, City Fringe Accounting Firm is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. 

This is a full time, permanent position and you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the office. Applicant will also have plenty of client contact and must be confident on the phone. 

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing incoming calls and greeting clients
  • Processing of invoices
  • Managing incoming and outgoing postage and couriers
  • Coordinating office supplies and stationary
  • Filing, binding, collating and printing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy office 
  • Liasing with both the ATO & ASIC
  • Managing various company documents with ASIC
  • Banking
  • General Reception duties 

Applicants must have experience in MYOB AE & Microsoft Office as well as:

  • Extensive Administration / Reception experience within the Accounting Industry 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Neat presentation
  • The ability to work in a team, efficiently and with attention to detail.
