Our client is a well-established privately owned dealership in Dubbo, representing one of the most sought after brands in the new and used car market. The dealership is award winning and is proud of the culture it has created with staff and customers alike.
An exciting opportunity is currently available for a well qualified individual to join this close knit team in the position of New Vehicle Sales Manager.
This position is effectively responsible for leading the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction standards are delivered.
Reporting to the General Manager, some specific tasks include:
Managing a team of Sales Consultants;
Reporting on actual performance against targets;
Identifying new business opportunities in retail and fleet;
Promotion of the dealership and brand in the local community;
Inter-department liaison to ensure customer satisfaction KPIs are achieved.
The successful candidate
To be considered, you will have the following:
Solid experience in sales within the automotive industry with proven track record in achieving results;
Excellent time management, negotiation and organisational skills
Natural ability to deal with a range of personality types.
Remuneration & benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a generous package to be negotiated depending on experience as well as an 11 day fortnight with no Sunday trading.
