Marketing & Admissions Coordinator

About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee all residential enquiries, applications and end to end admission process
  • Conduct site tours across two locations (within the Adelaide region)
  • Manage and maintain the company website and social media platforms
  • Coordinate all internal and external marketing events
  • Prepare admission information packs
  • Provide general administration support as required

Requirements

  • It is essential that you have strong face to face customer service experience – ideally within aged care or community services
  • As you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders, you must have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • It is highly desirable that you have experience with the marketing responsibilities indicated above within a commercial environment
  • Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite and Mail Chimp is highly desirable
  • You must have fantastic organisational and time management skills in order to strive within a fast-paced environment
