About the Role Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee all residential enquiries, applications and end to end admission process
Conduct site tours across two locations (within the Adelaide region)
Manage and maintain the company website and social media platforms
Coordinate all internal and external marketing events
Prepare admission information packs
Provide general administration support as required
It is essential that you have strong face to face customer service experience – ideally within aged care or community services
As you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders, you must have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
It is highly desirable that you have experience with the marketing responsibilities indicated above within a commercial environment
Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite and Mail Chimp is highly desirable
You must have fantastic organisational and time management skills in order to strive within a fast-paced environment

This role is a full-time and permanent position based within Adelaide
This position offers a salary between $60,000 - $62,000 + Super + Salary Sacrifice
