Your Way Support Services provides in-home support to people with disabilities.  This includes personal care, respite, community participation, community access and supported accommodation under the NDIS, DSQ, Allied Health and Department of Veteran Affairs.  

 

About the Role:

 

We are a fast-growing company who is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer located in our Head Office in Caboolture (minimum 3 years current experience) with solid IT skills, a great personality and a positive work ethic.  The successful applicant will be required to travel between the southside and northside to facilitate interviews and meet and greets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Placing position advertisements on seek and indeed
  • Interviewing and screening candidates
  • Reference checks
  • Blue Card and Yellow Card applications
  • Management of personnel documents for new employees
  • Adhoc administration duties supporting the team.
  • Facilitate meet and greets between members and candidates

Requirements:

  • Professional phone manner
  • Calm and well organised approach to work duties
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously under limited supervision

Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

  • Efficient multitasking and prioritising skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Exposure to working autonomously
  • Ability to work within a confidential manner

 

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a current National Police Check and must have a Working with Childrens Check (or willing to obtain)
