We are continuing to expand our business and are now looking to recruit a Queensland BDM who can be part of our continued successful growth. This full-time permanent position requires a passionate and experienced business savvy professional.
This role will ideally suit a strong communicator with commercial business acumen. We have a professional team of BDMs and Sales Consultants that you will actively work with and contribute in order to achieve your targets and the teams.
Some responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Strategic Relationship Management
Negotiate to achieve sales targets
State metric and reporting compile information and measure state success
Build our Queensland new client activity pipeline and existing account management
Problem-solving high-level issues
Conduct training and provide basic product support to clients
Note there will be travel involved in this role
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with:
Strong B2B solution selling
Leadership level negotiation skills with small to medium sized business
Proven business leadership experience in a professional environment
An absolute passion for what you do
Proven Strategic Relationship Management
Strong written and verbal communication is a must!
