Based in our Mulgrave Victoria office we currently have a maternity relief contract for an Administration Assistant (Approx. 9 months). This role is offering flexible hours, min. 25 hours per week, school hours are available or Full time will be considered to the right candidate.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Processing customer purchase orders
Answering customer order enquiries
Arranging transport and shipping of orders
Assist finance with chasing debtors, credits and reconciliation
Managing stocktake and inventory
Assist with general office duties and upkeep of running of the office
Support for the Marketing, Operations and Technical teams as required
This role is in a small dedicated team and requires an applicant who is thorough, shows attention to detail and who can work autonomously or under supervision once trained.
Must have exceptional customer service skills, and ability to learn quickly and fit into a new team. Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel essential. Prior experience with accounting program Dynamics 365 and Salesforce highly regarded.
