We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who has previous management experience and is passionate about people and service to manage our high calibre team. This team talks to our customers, couriers, other regional franchises around Australia via telephone, email, website and social media.
The Fastway Brisbane office is located at Hendra, parking available, inclusive work environment in a fast-paced industry.
If you have Zendesk experience we would welcome you with open arms, the company is about to launch this new platform.
The role will involve:
Resolution of customer queries quickly and accurately. Youll be an expert problem solver and a positive thinker, focused on delighting our customers.
Handle high volumes, we operate a busy customer service centre so youll need to be able to work calmly under pressure using your resilience to move from one customer to the next.
Be diligent in your work. If youre professional, reliable and punctual, and support your fellow team members, youll thrive here.
Have an eye for detail. Youll need to work intelligently on our computer systems, entering customer bookings and delivery information, ensuring compliance and managing multiple systems at once.
