The Therapy Store is a paediatric therapy resource business located in Melbourne's inner north. Our small, family owned company provides, hospitals, schools, therapists and families with a range of products and toys that assist in the education, development and improvement of children and young adults.
We work in an open plan, naturally lit warehouse, and you will work along side the owner and our tight knit team in a busy but casual environment. As a growing business we take an all hands on deck approach to our work, and pride ourselves on working together to get things done.
In this position you will be responsible for:
Email and phone based customer service - liaising with families, schools, and health organisation procurement staff
Processing purchase orders, web and phone orders
Content management of our website
Content creation and management of our social media pages
Other administration and warehouse based tasks as required
If you like variety and to roll your sleeves up while you cross things off your list, then we'd love to hear from you! A happy and friendly disposition, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills are a must. A background in retail, customer service or marketing is also required, and an understanding of children's products is a bonus.
Part time position (currently 4 days) with some flexibility and potential to move to full time down the track
